This is the most common surgical treatment for ruptured or herniated discs of the lumbar spine. 1. patient room (standard room), nursing service, meals, hospital service fee, and ICU (if any) according to the determined number of nights
2. Operating room fee and equipment
3. Surgeon feer fee and Anesthesiologist fee
4. Inpatient medication, medical supply, home medicaion concerning operation only
5. Not inclusive of medication from co-morbidity disease and any comlications
